We are very proud of the quality and level of service that we can offer to our customers and we would like to encourage more people to benefit from our service. Hence, to encourage prospective customers to try us out and discover for themselves how good we are, we have introduced a special introductory offer for new customers. We will process up to 10 of your samples for free on your first order on a "buy one get one free" basis.

What's the Catch?

There isn't one! As long as you meet the following criteria, you are entitled to your free samples.

The conditions under which this offer is made are:

1. This offer is only open to genuinely "new" customers who's lab does not yet have an account with us. If you are a new member of a lab that already has an account, we are afraid that the free samples are not available to you. Please note that we are happy to accept samples from pretty much any academic or commercial laboratories in the UK (or abroad, subject to further conditions; please contact us).

2. This offer can only be used with your first order for sequencing and will be valid for up to 10 free reactions performed under our standard level 2 service (DNA and primer provided) when you supply the same number of samples that you will pay for. i.e. if you send 20 samples in total, 10 of them will be done free. If you send 16 samples, 8 of them will be done free, etc. However, if you send 30 samples, you still only get 10 done free and you will have to pay for the other 20 at our standard rate.

3. This offer is limited to one order per laboratory (defined as a group of scientists working under the direction of one group leader/principal investigator).

4. You must quote reference "NC10F" on the order.

5. This offer currently has no end date.
