New Support Section Launched

We are very excited to report that we have added a new customer support section to our website entitled "Analysis Support" (see link on left). This section of the overall customer support section of our web site is intended to assist customers with undertaking a full analysis of their results and especially in aiding them to identify various common issues that can affect sequencing quality.
This is not really part of the trouble shooting section of our website, since the sequential steps contained in the pages are intended to be a step-by-step guide to a full analysis of the data that we provide. However, use of these pages will help customers to identify issues with their samples and, through the information we provide, start to understand why they get the result they do.
What we are trying to do is to provide our customers with the knowledge that they need in order to interpret all the data (not just the simple sequence itself) that we provide. However, we will continue to be as proactive as possible in helping customers and we would encourage customers to contact us if they have any queries about their results. We will do our best to help - be prepared to be referred to the analysis (and other) support pages though!
