All customers of The Sequencing Service must be registered with us and must register before sending any samples. To apply for registration, just fill out the registration form below. Please note this process is not automatic and can take a day or two, since we will check out your details. Please see our data protection statement.

Note: You must supply a valid postal address. This MUST be the address of your place of work, not your home address. If this address is not the address to which we should send invoices for work performed, then please provide an address for sending invoices to as well.

*Please note, if you tell us you are NOT VAT exempt, you WILL be charged VAT on your invoices even if you send a VAT exemption form with your order. Therefore, if you are VAT exempt, you MUST tell us this here (and provide VAT forms with your orders).
