There are multiple options for customers to choose from when completing their transaction with our facility:
Credit Card/Purchase Order/Cheque: Upon 'Confirmation' of your requested services on the Confirmation Page, all items will be sent to your shopping cart where you can complete checkout. Completion of payment at checkout is necessary for work to begin at our facility.
Spend Down: Upon 'Confirmation' of your requested services on the Confirmation Page, your account will be debited by the amount corresponding to the services and number of samples requested. No further action is necessary.
Cost Centre: For those entries in your submission for which you have supplied a cost centre, once you have confirmed this submission, no further action is necessary. Should you choose to confirm your submission without including cost centre(s), you can do so, but you will be required to provide it via email.
